What this app is
Mould Solutions Field is an internal operations application for authorized field staff. It documents remediation site visits and prepares draft scopes and estimates for human review.
Information we process
The app may process site addresses, visit titles, typed notes, walkthrough audio, photographs, transcripts, scope observations, synchronization status and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. An authentication token is stored in the device keychain after a successful sign-in.
How information is used
Information is used to document site conditions, prepare reviewed remediation estimates, synchronize authorized work between the field app and the operations server, diagnose failures and protect the service. The app does not use advertising SDKs, sell personal information or track people across other companies' apps and websites.
Storage and sharing
Unsent captures may remain on the device until synchronization succeeds. Synchronized information is stored on the company's secured operations server. Information is available only to authorized personnel and infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
Camera and microphone
Camera and microphone access is used only when a field user deliberately captures a site photo or records a walkthrough. Access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as needed for the service, contractual, safety and legal requirements. Authorized users can remove pending captures before upload. Requests to access, correct or delete information are reviewed subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
